Before anyone says anything...I realize that taking this picture was probably not one of the smartest things I have ever done. But I also feel the need to add that I have a nice zoom lens. Peter was replacing some outside bulbs this afternoon and just before he stuck his hand in this light fixture, for some unknown reason, he took a peek. And this is what he saw. I found a couple of wasps in our kitchen a week or so ago but was unable to find a nest. Here it is. In the light fixture right outside the kitchen. So scary. He was able to spray it and get rid of them without getting stung. We counted 30 wasps. Just thought I'd share. Thank goodness he didn't put his hand in there.

Are they on the light bulb? Wasps are fun. We have a recurring nest in the fixture outside our front door. We get rid of it and the rebuild it a few months later. Good luck with this one!
